Praying. Giving. Sending.

We want to keep God’s Word as our final authority for all that we do and believe, teaching grace while being gracious, being real in our church family/community, striving for excellence in everything that we do, having Aloha that reflects God, and doing ministry in teams.

Welcome to Calvary Chapel Wahiawa’s (CCW) website.  We are a non-denominational church that is affiliated with the Calvary Chapel Movement.  As an affiliate we are influenced by Calvary’s philosophy of ministry and yet are free to follow where and how we feel Jesus is leading us as a unique local body.  Our heartbeat as a church is to impact the community of Wahiawa with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We believe that Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection is the only hope for humanity, and as such we desire to disciple all people, beginning in Wahiawa, in all that Jesus taught.

  • B  is for Biblical.  We want to keep God’s Word as our final authority for all we do and  believe.
  • G  is for grace.  We want to teach grace and be gracious
  • R  is for real.  We want to be real in our faith to our church family, our community and ourselves.
  • E  is for excellence.  We want to do everything with excellence, because God deserves our very best.
  • A  is for aloha = Love, affection, compassion, mercy, sympathy, pity, kindness, sentiment, grace, charity, which reflects God’s abundant love.  Col. 3:12-17
  • T  reminds us we want to do ministry in teams that trust each other and work together.
